A.C.D.T STUDIOS Role: Full-Cycle Design, Sourcing, Technical Development

We partnered with a Shanghai-based trading company to deliver end-to-end creative and technical support for a plus-size yoga wear capsule destined for their US market focus brand client:

  • Creative Direction & Design: Developed the capsule concept, including trend, color, fabrication and range planning, alongside logo creation, garment design, All-Over Prints (AOP), and reflective placement prints.
  • Sourcing & Technical Execution: Sourced specialized activewear fabrics and trims, generated comprehensive Tech Packs (TP), and collaborated with client's pattern makers to oversee the entire development cycle—from initial fittings and sampling to final production at the client's partnered factory.
