We partnered with KOLAB across 3 seasons to deliver high quality end-to-end creative and technical support for their outdoor lifestyle outerwear-focused men's and women's collections:

  • Creative Direction & Design: Spearheaded collection concepts and trend/color mood boards, delivering complete garment, accessory, and trim designs alongside comprehensive Tech Packs.
  • Sourcing & Technical Execution: Sourced high-performance fabrics and trims supplier, and managed given factory communications to oversee development, fittings, and final production.
  • Project & Timeline Management: Directed the complete production schedule from initial concept to manufacturing, ensuring all milestones were met for successful, on-time seasonal launches.
