A.C.D.T STUDIOS Role: Collection Development, Sourcing, Production Management, Strategy & Client Liaison

Building on our initial SS26 creative direction, we continued our partnership with the Shanghai trading company to execute the full collection development and pitch presentation for Democracy Clothing:

  • Design & Sourcing: Developed a comprehensive range plan, encompassing full garment and custom trim design, alongside targeted fabric and material sourcing.
  • Technical Execution: Managed the complete sampling schedule, conducting on-site factory visits and overseeing fittings to ensure accurate translation from concept to physical sample.
  • Strategy & Communication: Assembled the final design pitch and participated in direct conference calls with the US-based design and sales teams, analyzing customer feedback to inform and refine future development steps.
